PCB (printed circuit board) jointing method and PCB jointing system

The invention relates to a PCB (printed circuit board) jointing method and a PCB jointing system. The PCB jointing method includes: acquiring a shape, a size and parameters of a to-be-produced PCB; searching board patterns with parameters identical to those of the to-be-produced PCB from a board database, wherein the board database is a database used for storing board patterns of raw PCBs available for PCB jointing and shapes, sizes and parameters of the raw PCBs corresponding to the board patterns, the board patterns include patterns corresponding to the raw PCBs which are not processed, and the raw PCBs include standard PCBs and/or rest portions of the standard PCBs processed into PCBs; searching size-matched boards from the board patterns with the parameters identical to those of the to-be-produced PCB, wherein the size-matched boards include one board pattern with the size slightly larger than that of the to-be-produced PCB or a plurality of board patterns with the size slightly larger than that of the to-be-produced PCB after mutual joint; searching a shape-matched board with the shape mostly similar to that of the to-be-produced PCB from the size-matched boards; determining the raw PCBs required by the to-be-produced PCB according to the shape-matched board.
