Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an audio technology-based data transmission method, a device and a system. The method comprises steps: a first mobile terminal encrypts content information in need of transmission, an audio signal is converted, and the audio signal is broadcasted outwardly via a loudspeaker; and a second mobile terminal receives the audio signal via a microphone, the audio signal is converted into a data flow, the data flow is decrypted, and the content information is acquired. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the transmitting end encrypts the content information in need of transmission, the content information in need of transmission is broadcasted outwardly in an audio signal mode after the content information in need of transmission is encrypted, after the receiving end receives the audio signal, the content information can be acquired only after decryption, and safety of data transmission between the mobile terminals is improved.
