Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a retransmission resource allocation method based on adaptive HARQ (hybrid automatic repeat request). The method includes the steps of S1, acquiring a scheduling queue of retransmission users in a transmission interval; S2, calculating scheduling priority of each retransmission user; S3, selecting the retransmission user having the highest scheduling priority for scheduling; S4, calculating channel quality changes of the retransmission user; S5, adjusting physical resource block quantity of the retransmission user and a modulating and coding mode according to the channel quality changes; S6, repeating the steps from S3 to S5 until that resources in the current transmission interval are completely allocated or that no user waits for the allocation of retransmission resources. The method has the advantages that by the use of time domain-frequency domain joint scheduling, fairness of the retransmission users is balanced, data transmission accuracy is improved, block error rate is decreased, each data packet needs fewer retransmissions, resources for retransmission are fewer, and system throughput is increased.
