The invention provides a power module direct-current bus energy-extracting device which comprises a power unit direct-current bus module, a rectifying module, a double power switching module, a matching resistance module, a single-end flyback conversion power module and a power output protection and signal feedback module, wherein the power unit direct-current bus module is used for providing the corresponding direct-current bus and direct-current capacitance of the power unit and outputting the corresponding direct-current power to the double-power switching module, and the output end of the power unit direct-current bus module is connected with the input end of the double-power switching module. The power module direct-current bus energy-extracting device conducts internal direct-current bust energy extraction through the direct-current bus voltage output module without the need of an isolation transformer, can effectively separate a high-voltage transformer and a low-voltage transformer, ensures the normal operation of the field devices, and facilitates the commissioning and operation of the device inside a factory and on the site due to the double power supply modes of alternating current and direct current.
