The invention discloses an array substrate, an ink jet printing method and device thereof, an organic electroluminescence display device and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a display area and a contact hole area, wherein the display area is provided with a plurality of arrayed pixel areas; the contact hole area is located on the outer side of the display area and is provided with a plurality of contact holes; an overflow-preventing area provided with at least one pixel hole is disposed in the space between the display area and the contact hole area. By pixel holes in the added overflow-preventing area, ink flowing from the display area to the contact hole area can flow into the pixel holes of the overflow-preventing area during ink jet printing of the array substrate, and the problem that display defect is caused due to the fact that liquid is remained in the contact holes of the contact hole area is relieved.
