Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a production method for a small oil duct vehicle-mounted transformer. Self-adhesion transposed wires insulated by being covered with paper or multiple thick insulation combined wires serve as transformer coils, and the axial dimension of oil ducts ranges from 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm. The production method is characterized in that the transformer coils are wounded into a plurality of transformer wire cakes respectively, and a plurality of cushion blocks are arranged between the transformer wire cakes; a technological insertion plate of the corresponding thickness is inserted in the middle of the part between every two adjacent cushion blocks, the inserted technological insertion plates are vertically aligned, then the transformer coils are put into a drying tank to be dried at the constant pressure, and the technological insertion plates are taken out after drying is finished and before press fitting is carried out. The production method has the advantages that the press fitting technology of the transformer coils is improved, the height of the transmission coils is reduced, so that the height and the size of the transformer are reduced, the uniformity and the technological order of the size of the oil ducts between the coil cakes are ensured, and the method is easy and convenient to implement and practical.
