Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an air-cooling transformation method for a transformer. The method is used for transformation of forced oil circulating and air cooling systems and includes the steps of detaching an existing low-voltage bus and an existing low-voltage bus column, detaching an existing primary lead, an existing air-cooling secondary cable and an existing temperature sensing cable, discharging oil out of an existing oil storage cabinet and an existing cooler, detaching the existing oil storage cabinet, an existing oil pump, the existing cooler and an existing air cooling control box, machining the existing low-voltage bus column, installing a piece dispersing oil collection pipeline, a mounted piece dispersing part, an existing draught fan and the air cooling controller box, installing an oil storage cabinet, a pipeline and an air-cooling secondary cable, communicating one end of the oil storage cabinet with one end of the mounted piece dispersing part through the piece dispersing oil collection pipeline, communicating the other end of the oil storage cabinet with the other end of the mounted piece dispersing part through a pipeline, conducting oil filtering, vacuumizing and oil injection on a heat dissipation device of the transformer, continuing to make the transformer stand still, conducting exhausting, and installing the existing low-voltage bus. By means of the air-cooling transformation method for the transformer, the air cooling transformation cost of the transformer is effectively reduced. |
