Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of biological product detection and particularly provides a method for qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing effective components of an avian influenza virus antigen for poultry. According to the method, polyethylene glycol (PEG-6,000) with the proper concentration is added into plate-making components of an immunological agar plate, so that the reaction speed of SRID (single radial immunodiffusion) is remarkably increased, the reaction is more stable and accurate, and the antigen treated with formaldehyde can be well detected; a finished vaccine is specially treated at early stage, so that the method can better detect the finished vaccine and expands the detection range of SRID. |
