The kit is simple in operation procedure in clinical sample detection, and can complete detection in 3.5 h, result determination only need a common inverted microscope without special instruments, specific staining is visible by naked eyes, and non-specific staining is easy to differentiate, thus facilitating laboratory and clinical on-site detection. Commercial canine parvovirus ELISA antibody detection kits at present are high in cost and need high preparation techniques and production conditions, while the kit is low in material cost and simple in preparation process, and the characteristics of high stability, high sensitivity and high throughput of the kit can be compared favourably with that of the commercial canine parvovirus ELISA antibody detection kits.
