Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for determining the nystose content of morinda officinalis roots by scanning a thin-layer image through software. According to the method, a trapezoidal integral method is adopted for integration of chromatographic peaks, and quantitative analysis is performed according to the relation between the peak area and the sample concentration. The method is simple to operate and can substitute a traditional thin layer scanner.
