Therefore, the pigment database can be built in advance; then, a rough searching area can be determined according to the physico-chemical property information and the spectral information, and the accurate detection result is acquired through the multilevel mass spectrum information, and therefore, the workload of searching is reduced, and the category of the pigment to be searched is quickly and accurately detected so that the response speed of sudden food safety events is improved.
