The elastic resonance power generating device comprises a support, a rotary wheel, a metal rod, a swing device, a connecting rope, a fixed pulley, a spring, a strip-shaped magnet and a coil. The rotary wheel is arranged on the metal rod and supported on the support through a bearing, one end of the connecting rope is connected with a swing rod of the swing device, the other end of the connecting rope is wound around the fixed pulley and connected with one end of the spring, the other end of the spring is connected with the strip-shaped magnet, the coil allowing the strip-shaped magnet to pass is arranged below the strip-shaped magnet, and the coil is connected in a circuit. In the work process, the rotary wheel and the metal rod are rotated, one end of the metal rod collides with the swing rod of the swing device, a spring oscillator formed by the spring and the strip-shaped strong magnet is driven to vibrate, the strip-shaped magnet is driven to pass the coil fast, and electromotive force is generated.
