Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a particle impact crushing system applied to an excavator and a crushing method of the particle impact crushing system. The particle impact crushing system comprises a crushing hammer provided with an axial passageway, a mixing and injecting system used for injecting impact liquid mixed with particles into the axial passageway, a particle recycling system used for recycling particles sprayed out through the crushing hammer, and a particle storage system used for storing the recycled particles and conveying the particles to the mixing and injecting system. A particle accelerator used for increasing the particle impact speed is arranged in the axial passageway. The particles can impact an object to be crushed into honeycomb-shaped cracks at an extremely-high speed, the object to be crushed can be crushed through small hammering force by means of the crushing hammer on this basis, and therefore in the crushing work of the excavator, the crushing work efficiency can be improved, and it can be avoided that when impact vibration is generated when the crushing hammer conducts hammering, the service life of a hydraulic system, an electrical system and a power system is shortened. |
