Reinforcing steel bars are bound at a time; pouring is carried out twice; in other words, a section is formed in a pouring mode through a hanging basket in the first time of pouring, and a left solid section is formed in a pouring mode in the second time of pouring. Most of the solid section formed in the second time of pouring is located on a bent cap, and a fraction of the solid section is located on the hanging basket.
