Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a formaldehyde-free and no-iron finish working solution for cellulose fiber fabrics and an application method of the formaldehyde-free and no-iron finish working solution. The formaldehyde-free and no-iron finish working solution is characterized by comprising 15 wt% to 40 wt% of a low molecular weight polycarboxylic acid, 1.5 wt% to 7 wt% of a catalyst, 1 wt% to 5 wt% of a softener, 0.1 wt% to 0.3 wt% of a penetrant, and the balance of water. Since butanetetracarboxylic acid with relatively expensive cost is not used, the cost of the working solution is relatively low. No formaldehyde in finished fabrics is released, the wrinkle recovery angle is higher than 270 degrees, the DP level can reach 3.5 or above 3.5, and the water extract pH value, the tearing and tensile strength, the whiteness, and the dimensional stability to washing meet the requirement of GB/T18863 No-Iron textiles. |
