description The invention discloses a swine enterotoxigenic Excherichia coli flagellin 3FliCon fusion protein and an application thereof, and provides a recombinant plasmid pRSET-3FliCon containing 3 copy genes fliC of swine ETC. The recombinant plasmid is converted to Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) to induce a recombinant expression bacterium BL21(DE3)/pREST-3FliCon to express the fusion protein 3FliCon fusion. The above expressed recombinant protein is used to actively immunize New Zealand male rabbits, a serum antibody aiming at the protein is prepared, the recombinant protein has good antigenicity is verified, an intestinal epithelial cell line IPEC-J2 is cultured, and an adherence inhibition test is used to prove that swine ETEC flagellum plays a great role in the adherence process of small intestinal epithelial cells. A chicken yolk antibody prepared by using the fusion protein can inhibit the adherence of epithelial cells to the ETEC in vitro, and can inhibit ETEC strains of different serum types.
