Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a cell inoculation method and belongs to the field of microalgae culture. The cell inoculation method can effectively solve the problem that a cell layer foams in the immobilization culture process of microalgae, effectively facilitates transfer of a nutrient solution among cells, and therefore increases the culture yield of microalgae. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a solution containing microalgae cells; presetting a culture carrier; adhering the solution containing the microalgae cells and microporous materials with microporous characters to the carrier. The cell inoculation method can be used in the cell inoculation process of immobilization culture of microalgae.
