Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an oil sludge sand three-phase separation treatment method. The method includes: 1) conducting temperature adjustment on oil sludge sand; 2) performing chemical modulation; 3) conducting mechanical centrifugation on the oil sludge sand subjected to chemical modulation; 4) after centrifugation, discharging the preliminarily separated sand phase, water phase and oil phase out of a centrifugation cylinder respectively; and 5) further conducting high temperature pyrolysis treatment on the preliminarily separated sand phase containing a small amount of oil, in a 500DEG C-600DEG C high temperature anaerobic environment, converting the light oil in the sand phase into steam, cracking heavy oil into light oil or methane gas and conducting recycling until the oil content of the sand phase is less than or equal to 2 per thousand. The invention adopts chemical conditioning-mechanical centrifugation method and high temperature pyrolysis method to treat oily sludge in oil field, and provides a set of harmless and resource treatment scheme for oil field pollutant treatment, thus being of great significance for ecological environment protection and sustainable development of the petroleum industry. |
