Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a smoothness and haziness treatment process for an embossing roller. The process includes the steps: drawing, wherein drawing is performed through a computer according to a pattern; laser engraving, wherein the pattern is engraved on the embossing roller through laser equipment; grinding, wherein a grinding head of a grinding machine is controlled to perform revolution and rotation to grind the embossing roller through brushes of different types and different models; sand blasting, wherein brown aluminum oxide or glass beads or silicon carbide sand is blasted to the surface of the embossing roller; chrome plating, wherein the surface of the embossing roller is electroplated with a single-side chromium layer; polishing, wherein the chromium layer of the embossing roller is repeatedly polished through a polishing machine, 60#, 40#, 20#, 9# and 1# abrasive belts and rag wheels, and then the different effects that the embossing roller is hazy in bottom and smooth in surface and is smooth in bottom and hazy in surface can be achieved. By means of the process, as is proved by practice, for the same roller, the maximum smoothness degree can reach (Ra):14 del, the minimum roughness degree can reach (Rz):0.05 um, the minimum smoothness degree can reach (Ra):1 del, the maximum roughness degree can reach (Rz):200 um, and the different effects that the embossing roller is hazy in bottom and smooth in surface and is smooth in bottom and hazy in surface can be achieved.
