The triangular grids are welded to the baseboard. The baseboard is arranged on the supporting frame. The supporting legs are arranged under the supporting frame. The inner portions of the triangular grids are provided with cavities. One ends of the cavities are connected with the water inlet pipe, and the other ends of the cavities are connected with the water outlet pipe. The diversion groove is welded to the bottom face of the baseboard. Water inlet ends of the triangular grids are internally provided with holes. The holes are communicated with the diversion groove. Water outlet ends are welded to the gas discharging pipes. The two ends of each triangular grid are sealed by the sealing plates.
