Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an efficient baking device for submersed nozzles used for a continuous casting tundish. The baking device is formed by a trolley and a half box which form a complete box when being combined together. The trolley is formed by a vertical plate and a bottom plate, a support used for clamping the multiple submersed nozzles is arranged at the inner side of the vertical plate, and wheels are arranged below the bottom plate; one side and the bottom of the half box are opened, an air inlet hole communicated with nozzles on the upper portion of an inner cavity is formed in the upper portion of the half box body, the lower portion is supported by supporting frames fixed to the lower end of the side wall, and an air outlet hole is formed in the lower portion of the side wall. The efficient baking device has the following advantages that the multiple submersed nozzles can be synchronously baked at a time, the baking effect is greatly improved, the baking speed is greatly increased, the temperature of the submersed nozzles can be increased to over 1000 DEG C from room temperature only with 60 min in advance, and the heat efficiency of baking is improved by 20%; as the submersed nozzles are heated through the nozzles, it is ensured that the inner walls and the outer walls of the submersed nozzles are evenly heated, and necks of the submersed nozzles are preheated sufficiently; the seal performance is high, fuel gas consumption is low, the baking cost can be reduced, and environment pollution can be reduced.
