The uniformity of the spraying material on a substrate can be improved. The spraying device comprises multiple parallel rockers, multiple sprayers are arranged on each rocker; the extension direction of each rocker forms a first included angle with the moving direction of the substrate; the first included angle can be acute or obtuse; the adjacent N rockers form a set; the sprayer arranged on each set of rockers are alternately distributed; N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to the total number of the rockers. The device and method are used in the technique field of spraying.
