Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a human body fixing device with the falling preventing function for an exoskeleton robot. The human body fixing device comprises a robot body. The robot body is sequentially composed of a waist (1), thighs (2), shanks (3) and soles (4) from top to bottom. Flexible knee buffering cushions (5) are arranged at the joints of the shanks (3) and the thighs (2). Flexible thigh buffering cushions (6) are arranged on the thighs (2). A flexible back buffering cushion (7) is arranged at the rear end of the waist (1) and provided with a rigidity electrical box (8). The waist (1) is further provided with a flexible buttock buffering cushion (9) provided with an arc notch (10) winding around the caudal vertebra. The human body fixing device has the advantages that the caudal vertebra, the knees and the thighs of a user can be effectively prevented from falling hurt when falling down, and the safety and comfort of the user are improved.
