Different varieties of raw tobacco leaves of the same trade mark are screened on leaf paving tables; after screening, chemical components of the raw tobacco leaves are detected at a leaf paving table collecting site through an online near-infrared spectroscopy; the detected raw tobacco leaves are boxed, tobacco leaf boxes are weighed through a static scale after being full, the weight information of the tobacco leaf boxes is recorded through RFID, and meanwhile an online near-infrared data acquisition system provides chemical component values of the tobacco leaf boxes; the tobacco leaf boxes enter a raw tobacco leaf formula warehouse after boxing, and the weight information and nicotine information of the tobacco leaf boxes are transmitted to a raw tobacco leaf formula warehouse system; the raw tobacco leaf formula warehouse system calculates intra-batch chemical component central values according to the overall distribution and single-box chemical values of the chemical components of the tobacco leaf boxes in the warehouse, and batch charging is performed on the tobacco leaf boxes according to the chemical component central values; the tobacco leaf boxes enter a production line second-stage storage cabinet for blending.
