The invention provides a tobacco bundle end loosening machine, and relates to the tobacco threshing and redrying processing technology. The tobacco bundle end loosening machine is provided with a barrel, a rotary shaft, at least two fixed rods and at least two movable rods. The rotary shaft is longitudinally arranged in the barrel, the fixed rods are arranged on the wall of the barrel, the movable rods are arranged on the rotary shaft, the fixed rods and the movable rods are staggered in parallel, a feed port is formed in the top of the barrel, and a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the barrel. When a bundle end enters the bundle end loosening machine, the movable rods rotate accordingly through rotation of the rotary shaft, the movable rods and the fixed rods mechanically tear the bundle end apart, the rotating frequency is adjusted to be proper, and then the bundle end loosening effect is achieved. The bundle end is fully loosened, and conditions are created for follow-up processing. The processing characteristics of bundle stems and bundle reels are different, the bundle end is loosened, and follow-up processing is facilitated.
