Auto doughnut manufacturing apparatus

The invention relates to an auto doughnut manufacturing apparatus. The auto doughnut manufacturing apparatus comprises a support frame, a dough supply part which is fixed to the upper part of one side of the support frame and molded into an annular doughnut dough object, a curing part which is disposed in an inner-side space of the support frame and contacts hot wind, a fried part, a transfer part and overturn part; the fried part is provided with a fried body, a heat ray element and a guide unit, the internal of the fried body is filled with an oil, the heat ray element is disposed at the lower end of the internal of the fried body and used to heat the oil, and the guide unit is disposed in the fried body in the length direction and used to guide the doughnut dough object in the same moving direction; the transfer part is provided with a sieve tray and a transfer unit, the doughnut dough object molded in the dough support part is placed on the sieve tray, and the transfer unit is used to enable the doughnut dough object to move from a position of the dough supply part to the fried part and to pass the curing part; and the overturn part is located on a moving path of the transfer part and located on the upper part of one side of the fried part and is used to enable the sieve tray to rotate for 180 degrees.
