Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a tipping bucket type bird repelling device. The tipping bucket type bird repelling device is used for being installed on a cross arm of an electric pole. The tipping bucket type bird repelling device comprises a covering part. The covering part is provided with a first connecting base, a supporting rod and a bird repelling baffle, wherein the first connecting base is used for being detachably connected with the cross arm, the supporting rod is arranged on the first connecting base, the bird repelling baffle is used for covering the cross arm, and the bird repelling baffle is arranged on the supporting rod in a rotary mode through a rotating part. According to the tipping bucket type bird repelling device, birds can be effectively repelled under the condition that an overhead conductor is electrified, and the lives of the birds can be prevented from being threatened.
