Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for breeding a horticulture type clustered floret rice material. The method comprises the following steps: selecting donor parents; introducing total DNA of barnyard grass into a formed rice material; planting an introduced DNA progeny material and performing single plant harvesting to obtain D1 seed rice; planting 5-10 rows of single plants of the D1 in a single plant row area and respectively performing mixed harvesting on the single plants to obtain D2 seed rice; planting 10-15 rows of single plants of the D2 and performing single plant harvesting on variant plants of the floret cluster characteristic and character partial donor barnyard grass to obtain seed rice D3; planting floret clustered single plants of the D3, screening and obtaining single plants with excellent performance to obtain D4 seed rice; selecting a floret clustered D4 generation with a good comprehensive property to perform adding-generation reproduction and obtaining the clustered floret rice material; selecting the floret clustered D4 generation with the good comprehensive property to hybridize with a formed parent material, creating a new clustered floret rice material. The method disclosed by the invention effectively solves the problem of shortage of the horticulture type rice material.
