The corn no-tillage precision planter is composed of a traction frame, a machine frame, a fertilizing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, planting mechanisms, a base fertilizer box, press wheels, walking wheels, a seed opener, a land wheel, a land wheel arm, a fertilizer placer, and scribers via combination; the land wheel is arranged below the fertilizing mechanism via the land wheel arm, wherein the fertilizing mechanism is arranged on the front end of the machine frame; the land wheel is composed of a wheel disk, a steel frame, and blades; the blades are uniformly arranged on the wheel disk at a forward inclination angle of 15 DEG; the lower middle part of the front end of the machine frame is provided with a supporting leg; and the traction frame and the machine frame are arranged in a separated-type detachable manner.
