The belt-sending type rotary tillage fertilization precision seeder comprises a rotary tillage machine and a fertilizing and sowing device; the rotary tillage machine is connected with the fertilizing and sowing device through a pin shaft and a connecting plate; the rotary tillage machine is composed of a rotary tillage support, a decelerator, a rotary tillage main shaft and a rotary tillage blade, and the front end of the rotary tillage support is provided with a hanger bracket; a soil blocking plate is installed on the rotary tillage support arranged at the rear end of the rotary tillage main shaft; the fertilizing and sowing device is composed of a fertilizing and sowing rack, a fertilizer applicator, a precision seeder body and a power soil wheel, and the fertilizer applicator is installed on the fertilizing and sowing rack; a transmission long shaft is installed at the rear end of the fertilizer applicator, and the precision seeder is arranged between the transmission long shaft and the fertilizer applicator.
