The imaging device comprises an image output part for outputting image data of imaged target, a luminosity determining part for determining the luminosity of the imaged target, a storage part for storing the luminosity in association with a plurality of set values which is referenced for image processing, a set value selection part for selecting a set value among the plurality of set values in the storage part based on the luminosity which is determined by the level of luminosity determining part, an image processing part for processing image data which are output by the image output part basd on the set value selected by the set value selection part, wherein a storage sound B relatively stores a plurality of set values which correspond to the luminosity, a set value selection part selecting a set value based on the set value stored in the storage part which is in association with the luminosity determined by the luminosity determining part and the set value which is refereneced by the image processing part.
