Wireless electronic anti-theft alarm device

The invention relates to a wireless electronic anti-theft alarm device which comprises a housing, a signal acquisition module, a signal conductor, an alarm signal processing device and a signal receiving module, wherein the housing takes the shape of a sphere made of a metal or rigid plastic. A gyro sensor in the spherical housing waggles, and a signal generating module in the gyro sensor can generates a signal. The generated signal is detected through a signal detection module and transmitted to a signal processor for signal analysis and processing, the processed signal is transmitted to a signal transmitting module, and the signal is sent out through the signal transmitting module. When a signal receiver receives the signal, the signal receiver can make a command to a sound alarm device, and the sound alarm device can send an alarm signal.
