Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a parameterization tolerance judgment method for heavy rail head width and coronary plumpness. The parameterization tolerance judgment method solves problems that an existing judgment method is incapable of changing along with movement and is big in error when detail changes occurs in a scanning fracture surface of the heavy rail. According to the parameterization tolerance judgment method for the heavy rail head width, a rail flange linear equation is calculated in a fitting mode, a left abdomen zone and a right abdomen zone are confirmed according to the equation, then point selecting is conducted in the left abdomen zone and the right abdomen zone respectively, and a center line fitting linear equation is calculated; the upper head width and the lower head width of the rail head are calculated respectively based on the above step, and comparative judgment is conducted on the tolerance of the upper head width and the lower head width of the rail head; the conclusion of being qualified, unqualified and admonitory qualified of the upper head width and the lower head width of the rail head is drawn. According to the parameterization tolerance judgment method for rail head of the heavy rail, the center line fitting linear equation is confirmed through the same method with the above steps, then point selecting is conducted at the coronary top end of the scanning fracture surface outline in the left heavy rail, the linear equation is established and calculated, and finally comparative judgment is conducted on coronary plumpness tolerance on the rail head.
