Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a display device, which comprises a back plate, a backlight module, a frame and a display panel; the back plate comprises a bottom face and side walls which are formed in a manner that a plurality of mutually neighboring side edges of the bottom face vertically extend upwards; the backlight module is arranged on the bottom face, and is used for providing light rays for the display panel so as to enable a display module to display an image; the frame is used for fixing the backlight module; the display panel is arranged above the backlight module; the frame is clamped between the side walls and the backlight module, and an interface is defined on the frame or between the back plate and the frame; the interface is used for providing a datum reference so as to locate and attach the display panel to an assembly position on the backlight module.
