The lightning arrester discharge counter comprehensive calibration instrument adopts the structure as follows: a power supply unit, an LCD liquid crystal display unit and a key operating unit are connected with a singlechip microcontroller main control unit at the same time; the singlechip microcontroller main control unit is connected with a counter milliammeter inspection unit and a counter action times inspection unit at the same time. The lightning arrester discharge counter comprehensive calibration instrument can automatically output lightning simulating shock waveform to a counter, and through operation of the singlechip microcontroller main control unit, whether a calibration count displayed by a display screen and counter action times are consistent or not is checked so as to check whether the counter action times are abnormal or not; on a milliammeter calibration function interface, a scale displayed by a lightning arrester discharge counter milliammeter is compared with output current displayed by the calibration instrument to check whether a significant difference exists therebetween or not, so that whether the scale displayed by the lightning arrester discharge counter milliammeter is accurate or not can be judged; the labor intensity of field test personnel is reduced; the reliability and the accuracy of data displayed by an online lightning arrester monitoring instrument are improved.
