The timing cover assembly of the diesel engine is arranged on the outer side of a timing system of the diesel engine, under the combined action of the timing cover and the sound insulation cotton, noise generated by the timing system can be effectively blocked and adsorbed, and the increase of an NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) level of the diesel engine is facilitated.
