Dye heating and stirring device for dyeing machine

The invention discloses a dye heating and stirring device for a dyeing machine. The device comprises a cylinder which is slantwise arranged, wherein the middle part of the cylinder is provided with a vertical partition plate; the lower end of the cylinder is provided with a transverse partition plate; the cylinder is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the transverse partition plate; the upper cavity is divided into a left cavity and a right cavity by the vertical partition plate; the lower cavity is provided with a cooling water inlet pipe and a cooling water outlet pipe which are communicated through a cooling water pipe body; the cooling water inlet pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller; a temperature sensor is arranged in the lower cavity and is connected with the controller; the transverse partition plate is connected with a lead screw; the lead screw is in threaded connection with a sliding strip; a left oil flow pipe and a right oil flow pipe, which are fixedly arranged on the vertical partition plate in an S shape, are arranged in the left cavity and the right cavity respectively. The invention provides the dye heating and stirring device for the dyeing machine, which has the characteristics of rational structure, high heat exchange efficiency, recyclability of a heat conducting medium and capabilities of accurately controlling the temperature of a dye and uniformly stirring the dye.
