Blanket and processing method for same

The invention relates to a blanket and a processing process for the same, in particular to a four-layer heat-preservation blanket and a processing process for the same. The blanket comprises fibers and cotton velvets, wherein the fibers comprise 60 percent of ordinary cotton, 30 percent of hollow filling far infrared releasing polyester fibers, 5 percent of silver fibers and 5 percent of coral fibers, and a carding open-end spinning process is adopted; the cotton velvets comprise 80 percent of long-staple cotton and 20 percent of cashmere wool, and a ring compact blending process is adopted. According to the blanket and the processing process, (1) long-staple cotton and cashmere wool blended yarns are adopted for weaving a surface layer as raw materials, so that the blanket is strong in strength and high in moisture absorption, skin-friendliness, flexibility and heat retention; (2) multi-component blended yarns are adopted for an inner layer, so that the blanket is warm, antibacterial, hygienical, soft and high in elastic recovery, shape preservation performance and wrinkle resistance; (3) a double-beam letting-off manner is adopted for weaving a gray fabric with a four-layer structure.
