Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a breeding method for improving black muscovy duck fat deposition with molecular marker-assisted selection. Black muscovy duck genome DNA extracting is carried out; a primer is designed according to an A-FABP gene sequence of a wild duck, and a black muscovy duck genome DNA is used as a template for PCR amplification; PCR amplification products are subjected to SSCP detecting or direct sequencing, and whether a detected individual belongs to an MM genotype or an MN genotype or an NN genotype is judged. If the genotype of an individual is the MM genotype, the fat deposition capacity of the individual is high, and the individual can be used as a species for generating MM genotype offsprings; the MN genotype can also be used as a species for generating the MM genotype; and the NN genotype cannot generate the MM genotype and is directly eliminated. When a black muscovy duck is four-weeks old, individual genotype judging can be carried out, non-target-genotype individuals are eliminated, early-stage breeding is achieved, feeding quantity time of non-target individuals is shortened, and breeding cost is saved. The detecting method is simple, genotype judging is easy, and promotion value is achieved. |
