The mine electric cable rubber sheath material comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 5-15 parts of a chloroprene rubber, 2-4 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.3-0.8 part of zinc oxide, 0.3-1.5 parts of dibasic lead sulfate, 0.2-1.2 parts of tribasic lead sulfate, 0.2-0.5 part of 4,4'-dioctyl diphenylamine, 0.3-0.8 part of N-N-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, 0.2-0.4 part of RD, 0.2-0.4 part of N,N-dimethylaniline, 3-6 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 1-3 parts of epoxy soybean oil, 2-7 parts of 70# chlorinated paraffin, 10-18 parts of high wear-resistant carbon black, 2-5 parts of diantimony trioxide, 10-20 parts of hydrotalcite, 11-15 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 3-6 parts of precipitated silica, 4-9 parts of modified calcined nanometer pot clay, 0.2-0.4 part of gamma-mercaptopropyl triethoxysilane, 0.8-1.2 parts of Trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, 0.7-1.2 parts of triallyl isotricyanate, and 1.2-1.3 parts of triallyl cyanurate.
