The treatment method comprises the steps of crushing, slicing, extraction, oil-residue separation, oil treatment, residue treatment and gas collection and treatment. According to the device and the method, full-automatic treatment is realized, and infection is avoided; oil and residue are efficiently separated and the treatment is thorough; meanwhile, resources are recycled; the device adopts full close treatment; gas is collected and filtered and is subject to combustion secondary treatment; zero emission is realized and no pollution is caused, so that the requirement of national environment protection is met.
