Zusammenfassung:	A catalyst for preparing a hydrocarbon mixture by methanol conversion includes H-ZSM-5 molecular sieve, an adhesive, oxides of two modified elements of metal lanthanum element and non metal phosphorus element and a oxide of a third modified element, the mass content of the H-ZSM-5 molecular sieve in the catalyst is 50-85%, the mass content of the adhesive in the catalyst is 10-45%, the mass content of the metal lanthanum element (in the form of La2O3) is 0.05-2.5%, the mass content of the non metal phosphorus element (in the form of P2O5) is 0.05-2.5%, and the mass content of the third modified element (in the form of the oxide of the third modified element) in the catalyst is 0.01 - 3.0%. The catalyst has the advantages of simple preparation, low energy consumption and low environmental pollution.
