Zusammenfassung: | The present invention belongs to the technical field of health food research and development, and relates to a Western red ginseng-hippophae rhamnoides beverage preparation method, which comprises: loading Western red ginseng powder, hippophae rhamnoides powder, ficus carica powder, and common jujube powder into a leaching tank; dissolving beta-cyclodextrin in ginseng steaming water with a temperature of 80 DEG C, injecting the obtained solution into the leaching tank to mix with the Western red ginseng powder, the hippophae rhamnoides powder, the ficus carica powder, and the common jujube powder, stirring, leaching, filtering to obtain the filtrate and the residue, and repeatedly extracting twice; and combining the filtrates, adding bifidobacteria, and fermenting; and adding taurine, brown sugar and edible salt to the fermentation broth, stirring, filtering to obtain the filtrate, canning or bottling the filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain the finished product.
