Said method has a step in which a precast wall (3) is assembled as follows: as a side liner (4) is assembled sequentially from a bottom level to a top level along the outer edge of a base plate, said side liner (4) is used as inner formwork to cast concrete (5) so as to follow the assembly of the side liner (4).
