Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a wavy rolling welding strip in the field of solar cell production materials. A plurality of micro teeth are rolled on a side surface of a copper strip before tin coating, wherein the height of the micro teeth is 1/8-1/10 the thickness of the copper strip, and the tooth spacing is 1-1.5 times the thickness of the copper strip. When the copper strip is cooled and shrinks, the copper strip can resist the warping of a solar cell, and thus, ensures the flatness of the cell, provides convenience for subsequent stacking, and reduces the possibility of the fracturing of the cell. The invention further provides a processing device for the wavy rolling welding strip. The processing device comprises an upper cutter shaft and a lower cutter shaft which are arranged in parallel. A plurality of upper cutter heads are arranged in parallel on the upper cutter shaft, and a plurality of lower cutter heads are arranged in parallel on the lower cutter shaft. A toothed roll is arranged between every two adjacent upper cutter heads, a smooth roll is arranged between every two adjacent lower cutter heads, and the toothed rolls and the smooth rolls are arranged in a coupled way. The toothed rolls roll out the micro teeth on the copper strip, and play a role of synchronous traction to drive the copper stripe to go forward. The wavy rolling welding strip is simple in structure and easy to process. |
