Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a polarization control panel and a 3D display device. The polarization control panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer, and further comprises a first electrode unit and a second electrode unit. The first electrode unit comprises a plurality of first electrode lines and a plurality of first strip-shaped electrodes, wherein the first electrode lines are arranged in the row direction, and each first strip-shaped electrode is arranged between every two adjacent first electrode lines. The first strip-shaped electrodes in each row are only connected with the same first electrode line. The second electrode unit comprises a plurality of second electrode lines and a plurality of second strip-shaped electrodes, wherein the second electrode lines are arranged in the row direction, and each second strip-shaped electrode is arranged between every two adjacent second electrode lines. The second strip-shaped electrodes on each row are connected with the same second electrode line. The first strip-shaped electrodes and the second strip-shaped electrodes on each row are used for generating an electric field for enabling liquid crystal molecules corresponding to the areas on the row in the liquid crystal layer to deflect by the same angle. The polarization control panel is simple in structure, simple in manufacturing technological processes, high in production efficiency and low in production cost.
