The building monitoring and alarming method comprises the steps that data of multiple building status are obtained by one or more sensors monitoring a building to be measured is collected, wherein the building status data are used for showing a building status of the building to be measured at a preset position, the building to be measured satisfying the alarming condition or not is judged according to the data of any one or more building status, and if the building to be measured satisfying the alarming condition is judged, then an alarming signal of the building to be measured is sent. The building monitoring and alarming method and the device solve the technical problem that the monitoring efficiency is comparatively low caused by adopting an existing building monitoring method.
