Throw measurement device for DC motor commutator

The invention discloses a throw measurement device for a DC motor commutator. A sleeve clamp assembly is arranged at a sleeve of a dial indicator in a sleeving mode; a rod body of a measurement rod of the dial indicator is sleeved with a measurement rod clamp assembly; the lower part of a measurement head of the dial indicator is provided with a throw measurement rod assembly; an integrated positioning component is arranged outside the three assemblies; the three assemblies are fixed at the lower part of the dial indicator in an integrated mode, and thus a complete measurement assembly is formed. The throw measurement device for the DC motor commutator measures the throw of the DC motor commutator, an accurate basis is provided for determining grinding amount of the commutator, excessive grinding amount of the commutator is reduced, and the service life of the commutator is prolonged. The device of the invention can be applied to the DC motor throw measurement field.
