Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a wind cap and a cooking heating furnace with the same. The wind cap, in particular to a corundum wind cap, comprises a wind cap casing with elongated ventilation grooves or circular ventilation holes. The wind cap casing is divided into a wind cap casing upper portion and a wind cap casing lower portion by a retaining plate. Two grate axial grooves and mounting structures are arranged on the lower portion of the wind cap casing. The cooking heating furnace comprises a furnace casing, a base and a movable grate. A front movable grate sheet, a middle movable grate sheet and a rear movable grate sheet are arranged on the movable grate. The cooking heating furnace is characterized in that the wind cap is arranged, the upper portion of the wind cap casing is disposed in a hearth, and two mounting structures of the lower portion of the wind cap casing are arranged on two round steels in a snapping or penetrating mode. A middle movable grate rod penetrates the two grate axial grooves, and gaps are formed in the retaining plate between grate teeth of the front movable grate sheet and the rear movable grate sheet in the direction vertical to the middle grate rod. The distance between the middle two adjacent right grate tooth and left grate tooth of the middle movable grate rod is larger than the length of the retaining plate in the middle movable grate rod direction. The wind cap is arranged on the civil cooking heating furnaces to improve the burn-off rate and the boiler thermal efficiency.
