Cross energy collecting and converting device and application thereof

The invention relates to a cross energy collecting and converting device and application thereof. The device comprises a hydraulic system, a cylinder group set, a high pressure pack and a synchronous pneumatic machine. The device is characterized in that an oil tube for an oil hole of each hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic system is connected with an oil cylinder of a hydraulic pusher of at least one cylinder group set; an exhaust opening of the cylinder group set is connected with an air inlet of the high pressure pack through a high pressure air tube; an air outlet of the high pressure pack is connected with the air inlet in an outer barrel of the synchronous pneumatic machine through the high pressure air tube. The application is that the device is buried in a highway surrounded a crossroad of the highway to drive a generator to generate. The device has the advantages that the energy released by an automobile in running can be collected and converted into mechanical energy which can be reused and then converted into electricity energy, so as to achieve recycling of the energy; the whole operation is free of consumption of extra energy source, any fuel and material using as medium; no emission is caused, so that the pollution is avoided; the energy is clean energy.
